WARRANTY COVERAGE

Duration: Wynta & Willem baby carriers, baby nests and baby bags come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Covered defects include: Stitching and seams, buckles, zippers, and fastening components, fabric integrity (not caused by wear-and-tear)

What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage due to:

Normal wear and tear, such as fabric fading, pilling, or stains, accidents, misuse, or improper care, alterations or repairs made by unauthorised individuals, environmental factors (e.g., sun exposure, humidity, extreme temperatures).

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Proof of Purchase: Retain and supply your purchase details, email with invoice number, name, email etc.

Contact Us: To make a claim, contact our Customer Support Team at info@wyntaandwillem.com or via Instagram: wynta_and_willem with the following information:

Description of the issue, including photos of the defect if possible, product model and colour and date of purchase.

Claim Assessment: Once we receive your claim, we will assess the product to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. 

Resolution Options

Repair: For eligible claims, we may repair your baby carrier or baby nest at no cost.

Replacement: If a repair is not feasible, we will offer a replacement with a product of equal value or similar style.

Refund: In cases where neither repair nor replacement is possible, we may offer a full or partial refund based on the date of purchase. The product will need to be returned to Wynta & Willem.

Limitations and Additional Information

Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Limited to Authorised Sellers: The warranty coverage is only valid for products purchased from authorised retailers or directly from our website.

Shipping Costs: If required, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. We will cover shipping costs for any approved repair or replacement.

Change Of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however if you wish to swap for something else we can exchange for another product of the same value. If the product cost more the purchaser will be required to pay the difference. This must within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Your product must be sent back in original packaging.
  •  Your product must be in original condition and unused.
  •  No refunds or returns on clearance items.

Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser for change of mind. 

If the product is damaged or faulty, we will replace your item, or refund it and issue you with a return label free of charge.
